Responsibilities
- Design end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate unstructured data (NLP, time-series, geospatial) into business KPIs
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization initiatives
- Mentor junior scientists and present findings to C-suite executives
- Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS/GCP with CI/CD automation
- Publish peer-reviewed research and contribute to open-source projects
- Collaborate with product teams to implement data-driven roadmaps
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years building production ML models at scale (Python, PyTorch)
- Expertise in statistical modeling (Bayesian, GLMs) and experimental design
- Proficiency with big data tools (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka)
- Strong SQL/NoSQL database optimization experience
- Published research in ML conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) or equivalent impact
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data visualization (Tableau, D3.js)
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
