Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for healthcare predictive analytics
- Collaborate with clinical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate model performance
- Mentor junior data scientists and lead technical workshops
- Optimize algorithms for real-time deployment in clinical settings
- Develop data visualization dashboards for executive stakeholders
- Publish research in peer-reviewed journals or industry conferences
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional ML experience with production-level models
- Expertise in Python (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (Bayesian inference, causal inference)
- Proven track record with healthcare or regulated industry data
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps
- Excellent communication skills for technical/non-technical audiences
- Publication record or open-source contributions preferred
