Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends and patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Executive) to translate data insights into strategic roadmaps.
- Optimize data pipelines for efficiency, scalability, and accuracy.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML research and apply them to real-world business problems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science or machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-Learn) and SQL.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
