Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning and deep learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Collaborate with engineering and product teams to identify high-impact data opportunities and define data architecture requirements.
- Optimization: Continuously monitor model performance, perform A/B testing, and optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and efficiency.
- Insight Generation: Translate technical findings into compelling visualizations and strategic recommendations for executive stakeholders.
- Mentorship: Guide junior data scientists and provide technical mentorship to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), SQL, and at least one deep learning framework (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras).
- Big Data: Experience with distributed computing frameworks such as Spark, Hadoop, or cloud-based ML services (AWS SageMaker, GCP AI Platform).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences clearly and concisely.
