Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and scalable data pipelines.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and software engineers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and feature engineering to drive model accuracy and business insights.
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct rigorous code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Monitor model performance in production and implement MLOps strategies for continuous deployment and retraining.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders to influence product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Data Science or Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying models that directly impact business KPIs.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to diverse audiences.
