Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Lead the end-to-end data science lifecycle, from problem formulation to model deployment.
- Analyze complex datasets to uncover trends and provide actionable business insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product management, and domain experts.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.
- Optimize existing models for accuracy, speed, and efficiency in production environments.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related scientific role.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data visualization libraries (Matplotlib, Seaborn).
- Proven track record of working with large-scale distributed data systems (Spark, Hadoop, AWS).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
