Responsibilities
- Develop and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns and insights within complex datasets.
- Optimize existing algorithms to improve accuracy, speed, and scalability of our predictive models.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth and best practices.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) or R.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, agile environment.
