Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning pipelines and statistical models to solve complex business challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden patterns, trends, and correlations within massive, unstructured datasets.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability to handle real-time data streams.
- Communicate complex analytical findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations, dashboards, and compelling storytelling.
- Stay current with the latest research in AI and ML to recommend and implement best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling in a production environment.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, PyTorch) or R.
- Strong command of SQL and experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses like Snowflake/BigQuery).
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
