Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning pipelines and algorithms.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover hidden patterns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Design) to define data requirements and success metrics.
- Optimize and fine-tune existing models for improved accuracy, speed, and scalability.
- Communicate complex technical findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to code reviews and best practices.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science or machine learning roles.
- Proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Matplotlib).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
