Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, Product Management) to identify data bottlenecks and opportunities.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to uncover hidden trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Translate complex technical findings into clear, compelling narratives for non-technical stakeholders.
- Optimize data pipelines and improve model accuracy through rigorous testing and validation.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and Natural Language Processing.
Qualifications:
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a Data Scientist or Machine Learning Engineer role.
- Strong proficiency in Python (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for working with unstructured data.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data to executive leadership.
