Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for unstructured data analysis
- Lead end-to-end machine learning pipeline development from data preprocessing to deployment
- Conduct cutting-edge research in transfer learning and multi-modal AI systems
- Mentor junior researchers and publish findings in peer-reviewed journals
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into commercial applications
- Optimize models for scalability and real-time performance in production environments
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with production-level model deployment experience
- Proven track record of publishing at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and Bayesian inference
- Proficiency in distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask) and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Demonstrable experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders
