Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and algorithms to solve critical business problems.
- Analyze vast, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, and domain experts, to define data requirements and model architecture.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and scalability to ensure high performance in production environments.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, Deep Learning, and NLP to integrate cutting-edge techniques into our stack.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the technical roadmap of the data science department.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Expert proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with deep knowledge of libraries like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong experience with SQL and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production using MLOps tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.
