Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures to solve complex business problems.
- Data Strategy: Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion, cleaning, and feature engineering to rigorous model evaluation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate analytical solutions directly into production environments.
- Insight Generation: Translate complex data findings into clear, compelling visualizations and executive summaries for non-technical stakeholders.
- Research & Innovation: Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, research papers, and research tools to continuously improve our data infrastructure.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive experience in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) with proficiency in deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Database & Big Data: Strong command of SQL and experience working with large-scale data processing tools such as Hadoop, Spark, or AWS EMR.
- Statistical Expertise: Deep understanding of statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts and findings to diverse audiences.
