Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development, validation, and deployment of advanced machine learning models and algorithms.
- Conduct deep dives into complex datasets to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and inform strategic business decisions.
- Design and implement robust A/B tests and experimentation frameworks to evaluate model performance and impact.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define problem statements and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Mentor junior data scientists, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and technical growth within the team.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and MLOps practices to ensure efficient model deployment and monitoring.
- Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Stay abreast of cutting-edge research and industry best practices in data science, machine learning, and AI.
Qualifications
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science, machine learning, or a related analytical role, with a strong portfolio of deployed projects.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and/or R, along with strong SQL skills.
- Extensive experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
- Proven ability to develop and deploy production-grade machine learning models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, causal inference, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate ambiguous business problems into well-defined analytical projects.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of influencing stakeholders at all levels.
