Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition and data collection to model deployment and monitoring.</li><li>Design, develop, and implement advanced machine learning models (e.g., deep learning, NLP, computer vision) to solve complex business problems.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, business) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.</li><li>Perform rigorous statistical analysis, A/B testing, and experimental design to validate hypotheses and measure impact.</li><li>Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and analytical tools using cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).</li><li>Communicate complex analytical findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the growth of our data science community.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>5+ years of professional experience in a data science role, with a strong portfolio of deployed ML models.</li><li>Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.</li><li>Demonstrated experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).</li><li>Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and machine learning principles.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on complex issues.</li><li>Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.</li></ul>
