- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden trends and actionable insights for executive leadership.
- Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate product hypotheses and feature enhancements.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to maintaining best practices in coding and model development.
- Participate in peer code reviews and architectural design sessions to ensure high quality and scalability.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python or R and SQL.
- Hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
- Strong background in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization tools like Docker/Kubernetes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing data projects from requirement gathering to production deployment.
