Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and visualization tools to identify trends and business opportunities
- Develop interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Design and implement A/B tests to validate product hypotheses and optimize conversion metrics
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve data collection systems and data quality
- Present insights to executive leadership through compelling data narratives
- Monitor KPIs and create automated reporting frameworks for real-time performance tracking
- Partner with marketing teams to analyze campaign effectiveness and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with SQL proficiency
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong programming skills in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience with statistical analysis and experimental design
- Proven ability to translate complex data into actionable business recommendations
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and data warehousing
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present to non-technical audiences
