Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Design and execute A/B tests to validate data-driven hypotheses
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement data pipelines and ETL processes
- Lead end-to-end analytics projects from problem definition to deployment
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster a culture of data excellence
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles with proven impact
- Advanced proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling expertise (regression, classification, clustering)
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical insights
