Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business problems into data-driven solutions
- Develop and deploy scalable data products using cloud-native architectures (AWS/GCP)
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate hypotheses and optimize models
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data ethics and governance
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Python, R, and SQL for data manipulation
- Proven expertise in ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling and experimental design
