Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using advanced statistical methods
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and experimentation design for product optimization
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models at scale in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Present findings to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in data governance
- Research emerging AI/ML techniques and evaluate new tools for potential adoption
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in data science with proven portfolio of deployed models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, BigQuery) and MLOps practices
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated impact in driving business decisions through analytics
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard creation
