Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end machine learning models and predictive algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to uncover actionable insights.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, scalability, and accuracy in high-traffic production environments.
- Communicate complex findings and model performance to non-technical stakeholders through clear visualization and reporting.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in deep learning and data science to innovate our product offerings.
Qualifications
- M.S. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical analysis.
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and big data tools (Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying machine learning models into production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a collaborative setting.
