Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning solutions for high-impact business problems
- Lead end-to-end data science projects: from ETL to model deployment and A/B testing
- Translate complex technical findings into actionable strategic recommendations for C-suite executives
- Mentor junior data scientists through code reviews and technical workshops
- Develop novel NLP and computer vision applications for client-specific use cases
- Champion data ethics initiatives across the organization
Qualifications
- 5+ years of applied data science experience with production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Advanced knowledge of deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow/PyTorch)
- Published research in top-tier ML conferences or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar)
- Proven ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
