Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications using advanced statistical methods and A/B testing frameworks
- Lead data exploration initiatives using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) to uncover hidden patterns
- Develop and deploy scalable data products with real-time processing capabilities
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in model validation and ethical AI
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations and narrative-driven reports
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of experience building production ML models with measurable business impact
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization skills
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Proven track record of deploying solutions on cloud infrastructure (AWS SageMaker preferred)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
