Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML algorithms for NLP, computer vision, and time-series forecasting
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from prototype to production deployment
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business challenges into technical solutions
- Present insights to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Mentor junior scientists and champion best practices in model validation
- Research emerging techniques in generative AI and reinforcement learning
Qualifications
- PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML systems at scale
- Strong publication record in top-tier ML/AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Deep understanding of Bayesian inference and causal inference methods
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex concepts
