Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional product and engineering teams to deploy ML models into production.
- Perform deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop automated dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive stakeholders.
- Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to architectural best practices.
- Conduct A/B testing and provide actionable insights to optimize user experience.
- Clean, transform, and maintain large datasets using distributed computing technologies.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum 5+ years of industry experience in a data science or machine learning role.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with R is a plus.
- Strong background in machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-Learn.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS or GCP) and data warehousing (Snowflake, BigQuery).
- Proven track record of deploying scalable ML solutions in a production environment.
