Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end data science projects from data exploration to deployment and monitoring
- Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and model performance
- Translate complex findings into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model validation and ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production-level ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and statistical modeling (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Proven track record of translating business problems into data-driven solutions
- Strong communication skills with experience presenting to technical and non-technical audiences
