Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture: Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure full-stack solutions for our core financial platforms.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while conducting thorough code reviews for the engineering team.
- System Optimization: Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize database queries and frontend rendering speeds.
- Mentorship: Guide junior developers, conduct technical training sessions, and foster a culture of engineering excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define feature requirements and technical specifications.
- CI/CD: Implement and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines to ensure rapid and reliable delivery.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on full-stack engineering.
- Languages: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript, with deep knowledge of React or Vue.js.
- Backend: Strong experience with Node.js, Express, or similar frameworks, and experience with SQL (PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
- Cloud & DevOps: Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues under tight deadlines.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
