Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer behavior forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Develop scalable data pipelines using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP) and big data frameworks
- Create compelling data visualizations and executive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis to drive product optimization
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews

Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years of professional data science experience with proven ML deployment success
