Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Leverage AWS/GCP ecosystems for scalable data processing and model deployment
- Translate business challenges into data-driven solutions with measurable ROI
- Mentor junior scientists and champion data literacy across cross-functional teams
- Present findings to C-suite executives through compelling data visualizations
- Lead A/B testing frameworks for product optimization and personalization
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in federated learning and ethical AI
Qualifications
- 5+ years in data science with proven impact in production ML systems
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and distributed computing (Spark/Dask)
- Advanced degree in STEM field or equivalent practical experience
- Portfolio demonstrating complex modeling projects (Kaggle competitions preferred)
- Strong communication skills bridging technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
- Deep understanding of statistical modeling and experimental design
