Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of complex cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives) and mentor the team on Scrum best practices.
- Manage stakeholder expectations through clear communication, regular status updates, and transparent reporting.
- Identify potential risks and issues early, implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Allocate resources efficiently, ensuring team capacity matches project demands.
- Drive process improvements to enhance productivity and project delivery speed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software or tech industry (5+ years minimum).
- Strong certification background, such as PMP, PgMP, or PRINCE2.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical jargon for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
