Senior UI/UX Designer - London

What You'll Do:

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and wireframing to high-fidelity UI design and prototyping.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product managers, engineers, and marketers) to define and deliver innovative solutions.
• Maintain and evolve our comprehensive Design System to ensure consistency across all platforms.
• Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to continuously refine and improve the user experience.
• Present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, advocating for the user voice.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably within a SaaS or FinTech environment.
• A strong, polished portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects and design thinking.
• Expert proficiency in Figma with a deep understanding of advanced prototyping features.
• Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to facilitate smooth handoffs to developers.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into simple visual language.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
