Responsibilities
- Design and maintain enterprise-grade security architecture for cloud and on-premise environments.
- Lead threat modeling exercises to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Develop and enforce comprehensive security policies, standards, and compliance frameworks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate security into the CI/CD pipeline (DevSecOps).
- Evaluate and implement cutting-edge security tools, including SIEM, EDR, and IAM solutions.
- Conduct regular security audits and incident response drills to ensure operational resilience.
- Mentor junior security analysts and promote a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of professional experience in information security or network architecture.
- Expert-level proficiency in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud security best practices.
- Deep understanding of encryption protocols, authentication mechanisms, and network security.
- Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP are highly preferred.
- Strong background in scripting (Python, Go, or PowerShell) for security automation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impact for stakeholders.
