Responsibilities
- Design and implement AWS/GCP infrastructure as code using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization for microservices architecture
- Implement robust monitoring, logging, and alerting with Datadog/Grafana
- Optimize cloud costs while maintaining 99.95% uptime SLAs
- Conduct infrastructure security assessments and remediation
- Automate deployment workflows using Ansible and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers on DevOps best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure engineering (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration
- Strong proficiency in at least one scripting language (Python/Bash)
- Certified Solutions Architect or equivalent
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform/CloudFormation)
- Deep understanding of networking (VPC, Load Balancers, DNS)
- Proven track record of reducing cloud costs by 20%+
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
