Responsibilities
- Drive the full project lifecycle from conceptualization to deployment, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Lead cross-functional teams including software engineers, UX/UI designers, and data scientists.
- Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical user stories and sprint backlogs.
- Manage risk mitigation strategies and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain velocity.
- Facilitate daily scrums, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings to foster high-performance team culture.
- Report project status, milestones, and ROI analysis to C-level stakeholders.
- Implement standardized project management methodologies tailored to agile infrastructure environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical project management within a SaaS or enterprise technology environment.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM certification is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban methodologies.
- Proven ability to manage technical debt alongside new feature development.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional leaders.
- Expertise in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Asana.
