Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Translate complex business challenges into data-driven solutions using statistical modeling and advanced algorithms
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy models into production environments with scalability and performance optimization
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference studies to drive product innovation
- Present insights to executive stakeholders through compelling data visualizations and narrative storytelling
- Mentor junior data scientists and champion best practices in data governance and ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven track record of shipping production ML systems
- Expert proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Dask)
- Strong foundation in statistical modeling, experimental design, and causal inference
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating complex data science projects with measurable business impact
