Responsibilities
- Design and implement advanced ML models for predictive analytics and customer segmentation
- Develop scalable data pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Translate complex findings into actionable business recommendations for C-suite stakeholders
- Lead A/B testing frameworks to optimize product features and marketing campaigns
- Mentor junior scientists while conducting peer code reviews and documentation
- Present insights through interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with production ML models
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and statistical analysis
- Proven track record of delivering measurable business impact through data
- Strong SQL skills with experience in large-scale database environments
- MSc/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Redshift, BigQuery) and ML Ops
