Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end data science pipelines using Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, and clustering
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions through statistical analysis and experimentation
- Create interactive dashboards and data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate insights
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems and monitor performance
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and causal inference initiatives to optimize product strategies
- Mentor junior data scientists and drive best practices in data governance and ethics
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in applied data science with proven impact in analytics-driven environments
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL with database optimization
- Strong statistical foundation with experience in experimental design and hypothesis testing
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and dashboard development
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop)
- Demonstrated ability to translate technical insights into actionable business recommendations
