What You'll Achieve: Lead end-to-end data science projects, from problem definition to deployment. Design experiments and A/B tests to validate hypotheses. Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and recommendation systems
- Analyze large-scale datasets using SQL, Python (Pandas/Scikit-learn), and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Design and interpret statistical experiments to drive product improvements
- Create executive dashboards and data narratives to communicate insights
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques and industry trends
Qualifications
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in data science or ML engineering roles
- Expertise in Python, SQL, and statistical analysis (R or Python)
- Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end ML projects
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI) and MLOps
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data solutions
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
