Responsibilities
- Lead the research and development of cutting-edge Deep Learning architectures, specifically focusing on Transformers and LLMs.
- Design and implement scalable algorithms that power our core product suite, ensuring high accuracy and low latency.
- Mentor junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to translate research into production-ready features.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. or M.S. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML research or engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of statistical learning theory and optimization techniques.
- Proven track record of publishing in top-tier conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, ACL) or shipping high-impact models.
- Experience with distributed computing frameworks (Ray, Kubernetes) and MLOps pipelines.
