Responsibilities

- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify key performance drivers.
- Architect scalable data pipelines using cloud-native technologies (AWS/GCP).
- Mentor junior data scientists and promote best practices in model governance and code quality.
- Present technical findings to executive stakeholders to influence company-wide product strategy.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or statistical modeling.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of production-grade MLOps pipelines and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven track record of shipping production models that delivered measurable business value.
