Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy advanced ML models for predictive analytics and optimization
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from hypothesis to production deployment
- Communicate technical findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for model validation
- Research and implement novel NLP/Computer Vision techniques for unstructured data
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional data science experience in enterprise environments
- Expert proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of deploying ML models in production systems
- Strong business acumen with experience translating analytics into ROI
- Published research or patents in ML/NLP/CV preferred
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools
