Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning models and statistical analysis frameworks to solve complex business problems.
- Lead the end-to-end data lifecycle, from data ingestion and cleaning to feature engineering and model deployment.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and ETL processes using cloud technologies (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to derive actionable insights and identify trends that drive strategic decision-making.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, NLP, and deep learning to innovate our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling, A/B testing, and experimental design.
- Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) or Natural Language Processing (NLP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
