Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and predictive algorithms to solve critical business problems.
- Conduct extensive exploratory data analysis (EDA) and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Optimize data pipelines and infrastructure to ensure high performance, scalability, and reliability of data systems.
- Communicate complex technical findings and model performance metrics to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and reports.
- Stay current with the latest research in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to continuously improve our technology stack.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python (pandas, NumPy, PyTorch) and SQL.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and agile development methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
