Responsibilities
- Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable microservices and APIs using modern technologies.
- Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while conducting rigorous code reviews to ensure high standards.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior engineers, conduct technical interviews, and contribute to engineering best practices and architectural decisions.
- System Optimization: Identify bottlenecks, optimize database performance, and improve overall system latency and reliability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- DevOps & Deployment: Participate in CI/CD pipeline improvement, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud infrastructure management.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software development experience with a strong focus on backend systems.
- Programming: Proficiency in Python or Go, with experience in JavaScript/TypeScript for frontend integration.
- Architecture: Deep understanding of distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and cloud-native architectures.
- Databases: Strong experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Redis) databases.
- Tools: Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
