Responsibilities

- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Marketing) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize algorithms for speed, accuracy, and scalability.
- Present findings and model performance metrics to stakeholders in a clear, concise, and non-technical manner.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or analytics roles.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R.
- Strong expertise in SQL and experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end ML pipelines using frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
