Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Conduct deep exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate statistical models into scalable production systems.
- Develop and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for executive stakeholders.
- Optimize model performance and accuracy through rigorous testing and hyperparameter tuning.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in Deep Learning and NLP to apply cutting-edge techniques.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL.
- Strong experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Proven experience working with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, or cloud data warehouses).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
