Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive modeling and anomaly detection
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business challenges into data-driven solutions
- Lead A/B testing frameworks and statistical analysis for product optimization
- Present complex findings to executive stakeholders through compelling visualizations and narratives
- Mentor junior data scientists and establish best practices for data modeling and validation
- Develop scalable data processing workflows using cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with proven track record of deploying production ML models
- Expert proficiency in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) and SQL
- Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis and experimental design
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery, Redshift) and data orchestration tools (Airflow)
- Strong business acumen with ability to translate technical insights into actionable strategies
- Master's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
