Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain automated dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct deep-dive exploratory data analysis to identify growth opportunities and process inefficiencies.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to define data collection strategies and ensure data integrity.
- Translate complex analytical findings into intuitive visualizations for non-technical executive stakeholders.
- Develop predictive models to forecast customer behavior and market trends.
- Execute rigorous A/B testing frameworks to validate product iterations and marketing campaigns.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for SQL performance and data modeling standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (including window functions and CTEs) and Python or R.
- Expertise in visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
- Strong understanding of statistical modeling and hypothesis testing.
- Proven ability to communicate technical insights to C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud-based data warehouses like Snowflake or BigQuery.
