Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models for predictive analytics and business intelligence
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using Python, R, and SQL
- Create automated ETL pipelines and optimize data processing workflows using Apache Spark
- Present findings to C-level executives through compelling visualizations using Tableau/Power BI
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct code reviews to maintain technical excellence
- Stay current with emerging ML techniques and implement A/B testing frameworks
- Collaborate with product teams to integrate analytics features into core offerings
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in data science with 3+ years in ML model deployment
- Expertise in Python (Pandas, Scikit-learn), SQL, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
- Strong statistical background with experimental design experience
- Proven track record of delivering production-grade ML systems
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Kafka, Spark)
- Portfolio demonstrating complex ML projects with measurable impact
