Responsibilities
- Design and implement end-to-end machine learning pipelines for predictive analytics and NLP applications
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Develop A/B testing frameworks and causal inference models to measure impact
- Lead data visualization projects using Tableau and D3.js for executive dashboards
- Maintain production models and optimize deployment pipelines using MLOps best practices
- Mentor junior data scientists and conduct peer code reviews
- Present findings to C-suite executives and technical stakeholders
Qualifications
- MS/PhD in Statistics, Computer Science, or related quantitative field
- 5+ years experience building production ML systems in cloud environments (AWS/GCP)
- Expertise in Python (scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL
- Strong statistical modeling background (regression, time series, Bayesian methods)
- Portfolio of published Kaggle competitions or research papers
- Experience with distributed computing (Spark, Dask) and big data ecosystems
- Proficiency in version control (Git) and CI/CD workflows
